Welcome back! I’m thrilled that you’ve made it this far... you should be so proud of yourself! Now that your course outline is done, you might be feeling like something’s still missing or maybe you’re confident and ready to take the next step. Either way, we’re about to tackle something crucial to your success: timelines.
Set Your Timeline: Write down a firm date for when your course outline will be fully completed. Then commit to when you’ll film your first video. Whether you’re recording yourself on camera or creating slides, set aside time to play around and get comfortable with it.
Give Yourself Time: Filming doesn’t always go smoothly the first time—it’s completely normal to feel nervous. Take your time to redo your first video if needed. Trust me, it gets easier! Share it with someone you trust for feedback.
Commit to Uploading: Once your first video is ready, pick a date to upload it. The process doesn’t take long, but if your internet connection isn’t the fastest, make sure you give yourself a little cushion.
Block Your Time: Create dedicated blocks for filming and editing, especially if you have a lot going on. Whether you’re juggling teaching, parenthood, or just life in general, time won’t magically appear—you have to make it happen.
Write Down Your Course Outline Completion Date: Commit to finishing your outline and write down a date.
Set a Filming Date for Your First Video: Even if it takes a few tries, give yourself the time and space to get comfortable.
Schedule Your Upload Time: Once the video is done, schedule a date to upload it.
You’ve come so far, and the best part is, the finish line is getting closer! You’re doing amazing work, and I believe in your ability to stick to your timeline and get this course done. Take your time, have patience with yourself, and keep pushing forward!
